A well-established Western Australian engineering and fabrication group is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead its digital marketing. The business designs, engineers and manufactures custom safety and maintenance solutions and a range of standard products for major mining, resources and Defense customers across Australia.
The role
You’ll own how the company’s products are positioned, launched and found online. You will:
- Develop positioning and messaging for the product brands and standard ranges
- Plan and run digital campaigns across email, LinkedIn, search and the website
- Manage HubSpot day to day, including forms, email workflows, lead scoring and reporting
- Create product pages, datasheets, case studies and launch content
- Equip the sales team with the material they need and pass on qualified leads
- Report on traffic, leads and pipeline, and adjust campaigns to improve them
About you
- Around 4–7 years in B2B product or digital marketing, ideally in manufacturing, industrial supply, mining services or engineering
- Strong hands-on HubSpot skills; certification is an advantage
- Solid knowledge of SEO, email, LinkedIn and Google Analytics
- Clear writer who can turn technical products into simple, persuasive messages
- Data-driven and keen to work closely with sales, design and engineering
