Ben Quigley brings practical industry experience to his role as Recruitment Consultant with Mills Recruitment’s Manufacturing and Mining Services team.
He holds a BA (Hons) in Events Management and has built practical experience across exploration drilling, geotechnical fieldwork, mine surveying and FIFO fire suppression. This has given him first-hand exposure to site-based work, safety expectations, project pressures and the importance of reliable people in operational environments.
Ben has also worked in business development, customer service, property development and events management, successfully building strong communication and relationship-management skills across fast-paced, people-focused settings.
At Mills, Ben supports clients and candidates across manufacturing, mining services, trades, technical and operational roles. He works closely with the Manufacturing and Mining Services team to understand what each role needs, the kind of person who will succeed and how to keep the recruitment process clear, practical and moving.
Approachable, driven and straightforward in his communication, Ben is focused on building long-term relationships with clients and candidates while continuing to grow his specialist knowledge across manufacturing and mining services recruitment.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys hybrid training, spending time with his dog and family, and learning more about AI in business.
