Jasmine brings a wealth of experience in recruitment across mining, construction and business services to her role as Senior Recruitment Consultant. With a strong track record placing site supervision and management specialists on major mining projects, Jasmine has earned a reputation for delivering with care, insight and tenacity. 

Originally from the coastal town of Busselton and now based in Perth, she’s passionate about helping  people take the next step in their careers and connecting them with roles that offer real opportunity and growth. And now that she’s here at Mills, she’s excited to broaden her focus and bring that same energy to our legal and business services clients and candidates.

As a proud wife and mum, Jasmine understands the importance of finding the right balance between work and family life. She’s a firm believer that with the right support, people can achieve success in both!

Outside of work, Jasmine loves to escape to the great outdoors to camp with her family. She treasures the peace and connection that time in nature brings.
