The roles
Family Lawyer
Act for clients in parenting matters, property settlements, binding financial agreements and separation advice. You will manage your own files, appear in the Federal Circuit and Family Court and the Family Court of Western Australia, and build ongoing client relationships.
Commercial Lawyer
Advise on business sales and purchases, commercial contracts, company and shareholder matters, and general commercial advice for owner-operated businesses and growing companies. You will have direct client contact and real carriage of your matters.
Property Lawyer
Handle conveyancing, commercial and residential leasing, contracts for sale, subdivisions and property transactions. You will work with a mix of private clients, investors and business owners.
About you
- Admitted in Western Australia (or eligible for admission)
- Relevant experience (at least 2-3 PAE) in your practice area, from early-career lawyers through to senior associates
- Good communication skills and a practical approach to client work
- Interested in boutique practice and a team environment
