Originally from the Netherlands, Tam relocated to Singapore in 2014, where he quickly made his mark in supply chain and professional services. His track record includes consistently surpassing sales targets, building long-term partnerships, and optimising operational workflows.
In 2023, Tam played a key role in helping Mills Recruitment with the establishment of Mills Singapore. After supporting the company’s regulatory compliance for two years, Tam recognised a significant talent gap in the market and decided to join the team to address this challenge.
He is now dedicated to expanding Mills’ presence in Asia by building strategic partnerships across Singapore and the broader Southeast Asia region, with a focus on industrial sectors such as Mining, Manufacturing, and Energy.
Outside of work, Tam enjoys travelling, savouring good food and wine, staying fit through regular exercise, and taking long walks to unwind.
