Client
6 Director accounting firm of 50+ staff and growing based north of the CBD. Strong corporate and business tax client base of listed and non-listed businesses as well as HNW individual and family groups. Seeking additional senior support in the administration team with client services and/or personal assistant experience in Australia.
Role responsibilities:-
- To provide high level administrative support to the professional accounting staff;
- To act as a liaison between professional accounting staff and clients and the broader administrative team;
- Enabling and supporting the delivery of high level, professional client service and strong business outcomes;
- Involvement with ATO and ASIC services and liaison in relation to clients;
- Overseeing ASIC & Corporate Sec matters, ASIC 484, ASIC Payment reminders, Ordering company extract, Daily check of lodgement lists & ATO mail;
- Administrative assistance and support, prepare correspondence, letters and reports including graphics and tables;
- Power point client presentations and general office administration.
Skills and Knowledge:-
- Strong client service and liaison skills;
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft office Suite;
- Strong organisational ability and high attention to detail;
- High level written and verbal communication skills;
- Have previous experience with digital marketing and social media;
- Previous experience in a similar client liaison role within a professional services firm, e.g. accounting, financial or legal is desirable.
