We are currently recruiting multiple experienced supervisors for a major materials handling upgrade project within the WA mining sector. These positions will support the replacement and installation of critical infrastructure within an operational iron ore environment.

• Electrical Pre-Commissioning Supervisor
• Control Systems Pre-Commissioning Supervisor / Engineer
• Electrical Construction Supervisor

About the Project The scope involves site preparation, decommissioning of existing infrastructure, installation of new equipment, and pre-commissioning activities associated with a reclaimer replacement project.

Responsibilities Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

• Supervising electrical installation and construction activities
• Coordinating pre-commissioning and commissioning works
• Managing contractors and ensuring safe execution of works
• Supporting testing, fault finding, energisation, and handover activities
• Working closely with project, operations, and commissioning teams
• Ensuring compliance with site safety and quality standards

Requirements To be considered, candidates should demonstrate:

• Previous mining or heavy industrial project experience
• Strong background in electrical, controls, or commissioning environments
• Experience on conveyors, reclaimers, stackers, shiploaders, or materials handling systems highly regarded
• Brownfields project exposure preferred
• Rio Tinto project experience advantageous
• WA Electrical Licence required for Electrical Supervisor roles
• Proven supervisory or leadership capability within FIFO project environments
