HR Driver (HIAB) – Building Products Manufacturer

About the Opportunity
Mills Recruitment is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company supplying building products across Western Australia. We are currently seeking an experienced HR Driver to join their team delivering products to construction and building sites across the Perth metro area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable driver looking for a stable role with the potential to move from temporary to permanent employment.
The Role
You will be responsible for operating a HR truck (up to 15 tonnes) delivering building products to construction sites and customers throughout Perth. The role requires a strong safety focus, good customer interaction, and the ability to work efficiently in a delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver building products to construction and building sites across Perth
- Operate HR trucks up to 15 tonnes
- Load and unload products safely on site
- Ensure deliveries are completed safely and on time
- Maintain high safety standards when operating vehicles and equipment
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site personnel
Requirements
- Valid HR Driver’s Licence (essential)
- Previous experience driving HR trucks delivering to building or construction sites
- HIAB ticket highly regarded
- Forklift ticket highly regarded
- Strong safety awareness and reliability
- Ability to work independently and represent the business professionally on site
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 5:30am – 1:30pm (with additional hours when required)
Pay & Benefits
- $45.00 per hour + penalties
- Temporary to Permanent opportunity after 3 months
