Manufacturing Shift Supervisor (Night Shift) & Team Leader (Morning Shift)

We are currently partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in South Perth to recruit two key leadership roles within their production team:

  • Night Shift Supervisor
  • Morning Shift Team Leader

These are excellent opportunities to join a high-performing operation with a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

The Roles Night Shift Supervisor
You will take full responsibility for overseeing night shift operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards across safety, quality, and team performance.

Morning Shift Team Leader
Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a hands-on role in coordinating daily production activities, supporting team performance, and maintaining workflow efficiency on shift.

Key Responsibilities (Across Both Roles)

  • Lead, supervise, and support production teams to achieve daily targets
  • Drive a strong safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all procedures
  • Coordinate workflow, job allocation, and shift priorities
  • Conduct toolbox talks and communicate daily production goals
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and DIFOT performance
  • Support and oversee machine maintenance and operational efficiency
  • Ensure accurate completion of job documentation and reporting
  • Maintain clean, organised, and efficient work environments
  • Promote and embed continuous improvement and LEAN principles
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members

About You

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Proven leadership experience (Supervisor, Team Leader, or Leading Hand level)
  • Strong understanding of production processes and workflow management
  • Ability to read and interpret job specifications and production requirements
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills
  • Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to motivate teams and drive performance outcomes
