Technical Directors / Senior Managers:

• Water Quality – Hamilton or Auckland
• River Engineering – Christchurch
• Hydrogeology – Auckland
• Stormwater Engineer – Christchurch
• Environmental Planner – Napier
• Geotechnical Engineer – Invercargill, Napier, Wellington
• Contaminated Land – Invercargill

As a senior leader, you will play a key role in:

• Growing the business and expanding client relationships
• Leading strategic planning and market development
• Providing technical direction and sign-off within your discipline
• Mentoring and developing a talented team
• Overseeing project delivery, commercial performance and risk
• Collaborating nationally to strengthen service offerings and capability

This role blends strategic influence with hands-on technical leadership, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact across New Zealand.
 
 
We’re looking for professionals with:

• 15+ years’ experience across consulting, council or contracting
• Experience in an engineering consulting environment desirable
• Degree in Civil, Environmental, Natural Resources Engineering, Science
• Strong commercial acumen and project management experience
• Strong local networks and the ability to bring in new work
• Ability to sign off technical documents
• Proven leadership, mentoring and team-building capability
