What You’ll Bring:

- 15+ years’ experience across consulting, council or contracting
- Strong local networks and the ability to bring in new work
- Expertise in one or more of the following:
- Three Waters (water, wastewater, stormwater)
- Water infrastructure
- Water quality / water resources
- Ecology
- Planning
- Contaminated land
- Geotechnical engineering
- Environmental science
- Ability to sign off technical documents
- Proven leadership, mentoring and team‑building capability
- Strong commercial acumen and project management experience
