We’re Hiring For:

• Sealing Crew Members
• Experienced Chip Sealing Crew
• Asphalt & Surfacing Workers
• Roller Operators
• Class 2 & Class 4 Drivers
• WTR Operators
• Leading Hands / 2ICs
• Foremen & Site Supervisors

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with chip sealing and road surfacing operations
• Working as part of a crew on active roading and civil construction sites
• Operating rollers, loaders, and other machinery where qualified
• Spreading, raking, sweeping, and finishing sealing materials
• Following site plans, specifications, and health & safety procedures
• Supporting daily site operations and project delivery

What You’ll Need:

• Previous civil, roading, sealing, or construction experience preferred
• Class 1 Licence advantageous
• Class 2/4 Licences, WTR endorsements, or machinery tickets highly regarded
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Good level of physical fitness
• Reliable transport and ability to work effectively within a team
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
