We’re recruiting an experienced Project Manager for a well established and highly regarded construction company delivering quality projects across the region.
This role suits someone who is confident managing construction projects from the ground up and is comfortable running sites day to day, taking full ownership of delivery.
About the Role: You’ll be responsible for managing construction projects from early site works through to practical completion. This is a hands on role with strong site presence required.

- Full responsibility for site management and daily operations
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Managing programmes, budgets, and variations
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and quality standards
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Driving projects to successful on-time and on-budget completion
About You:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong experience delivering builds from start to finish
- The ability to run sites independently
- Solid construction knowledge across all stages of a build
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A practical, solutions-focused approach
