Mills Recruitment is partnering with a leading data center construction and engineering company to hire an Installation Supervisor (Electrical & M&E Projects) based in NTP Project, Gelang Patah, Johor, Malaysia, supporting electromechanical installation and construction projects.

Lead installation teams on active project sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements, schedules, and quality standards.

What You Will Do

• Lead and supervise installation teams in carrying out electromechanical installation works safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate material receiving, issuance, allocation, and usage according to project requirements and construction drawings.
• Monitor construction progress, safety performance, quality standards, site activities, and installation schedules.
• Support inspections, verification, testing, acceptance activities, and the coordination of lifting equipment, operators, and related personnel.
• Maintain site records, reports, and installation documentation while coordinating with project teams and stakeholders.

Who We Are Looking For
Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Certificate, Diploma, or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Engineering Management, or a related field.
• Experience leading or supervising electromechanical installation projects.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, installation procedures, and site coordination activities.
• Experience in industrial, infrastructure, construction, or data center projects will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential to effectively communicate with project teams and stakeholders.
