Mills Recruitment is partnering with a leading financial institution in Malaysia to hire a Senior Solution Analyst (Core Domains & Trade Finance), bridging business needs with IT capabilities across cash management, trade finance, treasury, and payment systems.

You’ll operate across cash management, trade finance, treasury, and payment systems, translating complex business requirements into clear, structured technical solutions.

What You Will Do

• Translate business requirements into functional and system specifications, including flows, mappings, and data logic.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scalable, flexible, and high-performing solutions.
• Develop Solution Design Documents and Technical Specifications aligned with architecture and security standards.
• Perform impact analysis, integration design, and non-functional requirement definition.
• Support testing, deployment planning, and post-go-live activities to ensure solution stability.

Who We Are Looking For
Preferred Qualifications

• 6-10 years of total experience, with 4-6 years in banking systems.
• Strong background in core domains including trade finance.
• Skilled in application architecture, component design, and interaction flows.
• Hands-on knowledge of integration using RESTful APIs, SOAP, message queues, and middleware.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes, test automation, and release planning.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, including SQL query analysis and log troubleshooting.
• Experience designing solutions with scalability, availability, and fault tolerance in mind.
• Ability to collaborate in Agile delivery practices, ensuring iterative progress and continuous feedback.
• Clear communication skills to engage technical and business stakeholders effectively.
• Commitment to delivering solutions that align with enterprise standards and operational expectations.
