The Challenge
Lead the organisation’s public relations, corporate communications, media engagement, and reputation management initiatives while ensuring consistent and effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.

What You Will Do
– Develop and implement public relations and communication strategies aligned with corporate objectives
– Build and maintain relationships with media organisations, government agencies, industry stakeholders, and community groups
– Manage media engagements, press releases, corporate publications, speeches, and communication materials
– Lead crisis communication planning and support reputation management initiatives
– Coordinate corporate events, stakeholder engagement programmes, CSR activities, and community outreach initiatives
Who We Are Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
– Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, Corporate Communication, Marketing, Political Science, or a related discipline
– Minimum 7-10 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, media relations, or public affairs
– Proven experience developing communication strategies and managing corporate communication initiatives
– Experience within utilities, infrastructure, property development, government agencies, or public-listed companies will be an advantage
– Master’s Degree or professional certification in communications or public affairs is an added advantage
Skills and Attributes
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
– Strong stakeholder engagement, networking, and relationship management capabilities
– Experience in crisis communications and reputation management
– Strategic thinker with strong presentation and influencing skills
– High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
